MY STORY

When all my friends were getting college degrees. I was knocking on doors. 

20 Years ago I quickly realized that college was not my ticket to a successful career. I really didn't know what was. 

I wasn't a very good student, being the youngest in a family full of construction workers meant that I was destined to be a grunt, and that wasn't something I was going to willining sign up for. 

Looking back I never thought the D2D job would turn into a 

MY PROBLEM

When it came to establishing a thriving team, I struggled.

There was a revolving door of team members.

Projecting the effective motivation needed eluded me.

Time was also a constraint. Unless they were already motivated and behaved the same way I did, I  just couldn't connect

I often found myself wanting success more for my team than they did for themselves. 

MY SOLUTION

I realized that EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.

I started treating people the way THEY wanted to be treated and found instant connection.
